1. Definitions and Interpretation

You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing our Platform and using our Services. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with 77spin. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential forfeiture of balances and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Information Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.3 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) not allow any other person to access your Account; and (d) immediately notify 77spin of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4.4 Account Liability

You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. 77spin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You agree to indemnify 77spin for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account use attributable to your negligence.

4.5 Two-Factor Authentication

77spin may require or offer two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. When enabled, you must provide both your password and a verification code sent to your registered mobile number to access your Account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile device and updating contact information when changes occur.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

By making a deposit to your 77spin Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the authorized owner of the payment method used; (b) funds deposited are not derived from illegal activities; (c) you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party; and (d) the deposit does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.6 Withdrawal Impact on Bonuses

Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play. Only Real Money balance (original deposits and winnings from Real Money wagers) will be available for withdrawal.

7.7 Promotional Changes

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77spin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

9.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Providing false or fraudulent identification documents
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods

9.2 Collusion and Cheating

9.3 Multiple Accounts

9.6 Platform Misuse

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software
• Conducting distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks or similar actions
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform
• Using 77spin Services for any illegal purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While 77spin strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. 77spin shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Service interruptions, maintenance periods, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

77spin Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 77spin does not warrant that Services will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 77spin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of 77spin Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 77spin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 77spin's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of Services exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

10.5 Third-Party Content

77spin is not responsible for any third-party content, including games provided by external game developers, payment processing services, or linked websites. Your interactions with third-party service providers are solely between you and such providers. 77spin disclaims all liability for third-party actions, content, or services.

10.6 Loss of Winnings

77spin shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, bonuses, or Account balances resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, violations of applicable laws, or engagement in prohibited activities.

10.7 Force Majeure

77spin shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 77spin

77spin reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe: (a) you have violated these Terms & Conditions; (b) you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities; (c) your Account security has been compromised; (d) verification documents provided are false or fraudulent; or (e) suspension is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

11.2 Termination by 77spin

77spin may terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to your registered email address. Upon termination, you must cease all use of 77spin Services immediately. Subject to investigation of potential Terms violations, your Account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within thirty (30) business days.

11.3 User-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, 77spin will process any pending withdrawals and return your balance to your verified withdrawal method. Please note that Account closure is final and irreversible. Reopening a closed Account requires creation of a new Account subject to standard registration procedures.

11.4 Self-Exclusion

13.5 Final Authority

77spin's decision on all matters relating to your use of Services, interpretation of these Terms, and resolution of disputes shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

13.6 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through customer support, formal complaints, or regulatory intervention shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, with the arbitrator's fees split equally.

14. Modifications to Terms

14.1 Right to Modify

77spin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.

15.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15.5 Entire Agreement
